Olivier, the representative, made the communication and the process very pleasant and easy. I appreciated that he took the time to explain to me the cause of the problem and the various repair options. The roofers then came on the agreed date to do the work. They were efficient, left the premises clean and showed me photos and explained the extent of the work done. I am very happy with their service!

The guys are pros. They gave me the options. I could have paid less and been fooled by guys who patched the roof and said nothing. With them, they take all the photos, ask you to come and see the work in progress. Beautiful finish The bill went up because they had to redo the entire roof structure. It was not forced but offered if I wanted to keep the building for the long term. Which was the case.
